Return and Cancellation Policy

At The Wallpaperer, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order wallpapers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in the product caused by us.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Custom and Made-to-Order Products:
    • All of our wallpaper products are printed specifically for each order, making them unique to your specifications. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in the product caused by us.
 

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • If there is a defect or error in your product, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or via live chat. within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos showing the defect or error.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Packaging and Shipping:

    • Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
 

Refund Process

  1. Inspection:

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  2. Refund Approval:

    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  3. Partial Refunds:

    • In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as when items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
 

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
 

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom Orders:
    • All customized or personalized wallpapers are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error caused by us.
 

Cancellations

  1. Order Cancellation:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if production has begun on your made-to-order items, the order cannot be cancelled.
